She enjoys earning stripes to show her accomplishments towards new belt levels and also looks forward to earning star cards for good behaviors, which culminate in trophies! We love when Sensei lets us work out with our children, as an extension of our familial bonding while learning the lifelong skill of how to be healthy. Both he and his lovely wife Rachel create a communal atmosphere by also offering holiday celebrations, which are a delight for the kids and parents alike.
