Each class is specially designed with the activities that kids enjoy the most.KI Martial Arts Motivates the children and keeps them excited about learning Karate and Tae Kwon Do. Fitness is the Key! Focus, Control, Balance, Memory, Discipline, Fitness, and Coordination are all developed and improved in the KI Martial Arts Classes. Our exercises and techniques are specialized to develop balance, strength, agility, accuracy, stamina, and flexibility.

KI CLASSES

KI Sessions move through warm-ups and stretching to Martial Arts exercises and training. Proper breathing techniques are incorporated into all of the movements. Each class incorporates exercises that develop strength, balance, and accuracy and increase stamina and flexibility. Specialized self-defense techniques are also integrated into the classes to improve mental accuracy, focus, awareness, and self-assurance. Every session works the entire body. All of our classes provide new strength, endurance, and flexibility gains, which are evident in daily tasks as well as in all sports.Our classes will improve any type of fitness level. Krav Maga (pronounced (kräv) (mägä)) is Hebrew for “contact combat.” It is the official self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF)

Krav Maga is a self-defense system that anyone can use, regardless of size, strength, or fitness. Krav Maga emphasizes simple and practical techniques, real life scenarios, and intense training.

The Krav Maga Federation schools are dedicated to providing the highest level of Krav Maga training in the world.

KICK BOXING, KI CONDITIONING & SELF DEFENSE

A new approach to fitness that combines the best of Western strength and cardio workouts, with Eastern Martial Arts techniques.
A high energy cardio and body conditioning class, the sessions focus on working all muscles groups through integrated movements. Sessions move through warm ups and stretching to cardio-focused exercises. As in all of our classes, proper breathing techniques are incorporated into the movements.
This is a complete body toning and endurance building class. Just like our Martial Arts Classes, each class incorporates exercises that develop strength, balance, and accuracy and increase stamina and flexibility. Specialized self-defense techniques are also integrated into the classes to improve mental accuracy, focus, awareness, and self-assurance. Every session works the entire body. All of our classes provide new strength, endurance, and flexibility gains, which are evident in daily tasks as well as in all sports.

Age Groups and Programs

Children’s Classes

Children’s Classes are for children ages 3 years old up to 12 years old. Our Children’s Program is designed to improve a child’s self-esteem and self-discipline, while building his/her self-confidence and character. The children in our classes develop a sense of respect for their parents (and other authority), their peers, and for themselves.

Family Classes

Family Classes are a wonderful bonding experience for the entire Family, All ages are Welcome! These classes give parents and children the opportunity to train together. Everyone benefits! Parents and children motivate each other. Achieve your family’s goals in this enjoyable atmosphere.

Adult and Teen Classes

Adult and Teen Classes are designed to assist our students reduce stress and tension while gaining new confidence in handling their daily responsibilities. Students learn how to overcome procrastination and improve their success at home, work, and school. In addition, students learn effective self-defense techniques for protecting themselves and their families.
