This Hatha Yoga is taught in our heated studio at a warm temperature and is a moving meditation power yoga class. You will improve you flexibility stamina and muscle tone, strength and joints, whilst also cleansing the body and mind. Yoga can help to increase circulation and reduce stress and fatigue levels, and can help you to relax, bringing together your mind, body, and spirit. Everyone practices at their own pace, so no matter what your experience with yoga and no matter what your age you will benefit, as we all work towards the same goal. The postures are a series of movements, producing effects in the body, especially cardiovascular system. In fact, the health benefits of yoga are so highly regarded that even those with illnesses such as arthritis, diabetes, and thyroid problems can benefit. This is a wonderful Hatha Yoga class. Heated Room Hatha Yoga is an inspired Hatha Yoga. In our heated room, yoga is a complete body “workout”. The warm room facilitates greater blood flow to your entire body. Warm room Hatha Yoga consists of a sequence of postures scientifically designed to work into the next posture so by the end of the sequence your whole body is worked out. This work out replenishes your energy levels, and helps you to realize greater focus and clarity. Yoga also creates confidence and powerful inner strength. Our heated studio facilitates deeper stretching, injury prevention, stress and tension relief. Your cells, joints, muscles, glands, organs and systems of the body are stimulated and restored.
